workshops & GRIEF CEREMONIES

Grief Tending workshops draw on a lineage pioneered by Sophy Banks and Jeremy Thres (see this page on their website for more). The lead workshop facilitators have gone through Sophy and Jeremy's Apprenticing to Grief programme, and they are supported by a team bringing a wealth of life experience and expertise to this work.

The Truth Mandala workshops are based on a body of groupwork practices known as The Work That Reconnects, pioneered by Joanna Macy, sometimes also known as Active Hope. These gatherings have a more overt emphasis on naming and holding our pain for the world, and playing our part in the transformation of self, society and planet.

We're also offering occasional Enrichment Days for those who are already facilitating or would like to step towards facilitating these spaces. It is also for people who are generally interested in supporting this work in practical ways.
